A big part of the argument in favor of the change to charter has been speeding up permitting. What are some specific examples of what would be changed? I believe there is a very legitimate fear that this is the heart of why charter is being pushed forward in a hasty manner. Is this just a way to remove barriers to accelerated residential development?
